If you have a maintenance request, it must be submitted in writing.  Please submit requests via the email, your Tenant portal or in the event of an emergency a text message may be sent to 575-649-4686.  Any requests submitted as an emergency, that are determined to not be an emergency will be subject to the Tenant being sent a bill.
