Available Properties for Rent in and Around Las Cruces

All available properties require an application to be submitted prior to renting. Applications can be submitted and paid for directly through the links below. Application fees are non-refundable, $40 for each Individual.   Each prospective Tenant over 18 must submit an application and must be on the lease.  If you need to have a co-signer to qualify, that Individual must also submit an application and be financially responsible on the lease.  Kaycasa Properties, LLC conducts a full background screening on all prospective renters.

Viewings can be requested via the email or text 575-649-4686. (Please indicate which property you are interested in.) Viewings are available Tuesday through Friday from 11 am to 2:30 pm. We are closed on weekends.

Kaycasa Properties, LLC requires proof of income and verification of identity on all applications/ leases.  A valid email address is required for all applicants as Kaycasa Properties, LLC works through a virtual office at this time.
