Kaycasa Properties, LLC is a full service Property Management company, dedicated to ensuring personalized service for Owners and Tenants.   The Qualifying Broker, Aelene Kay, trained under and worked with the owners of Campbell Real Estate prior to opening her own Brokerage in 2012.  Kaycasa Properties manages properties that range from multi family complexes to single family homes as well as small offices.

Aelene has extensive experience working with older and historic homes and buildings.  She also has 20  years of experience in the maintenance of homes and apartments. This maintenance experience allows Aelene to understand maintenance concerns on all of the properties managed by Kaycasa Properties, regardless of the building’s age.  At Kaycasa Properties, LLC we feel it is important to have a “hands on” approach to the management and maintenance of all of the Properties we represent.
