-Maintenance Requests

At Kaycasa Properties we encourage all residents to request any and all repairs in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary additional damages.  For example, even a small drip under a sink can quickly cause extreme water damage.

If you have a maintenance request, it must be submitted in writing.  Please submit requests via the email, your Tenant portal or in the event of an emergency a text message may be sent to 575-649-4686.  Any requests submitted as an emergency by a Tenant, that are determined to not be an emergency, will be subject to a service or trip charge.  Should a maintenance request be submitted that is determined to be the result of misuse or neglect by the Tenant, the repair charges will be billed to the Tenant’s portal.

Should it be necessary to contract a landscaping company due to Tenant not maintaining their outdoor space, a charge will be billed to the Tenant’s portal.

Plumbing backup or repairs needed due to over use of toiletry products or foreign objects being flushed down toilet, allowed to fall in any drain or dropped into garbage disposal will be subject to repair charges being billed to the Tenant’s portal.

Lock out services are not available.  Should Tenant become locked out, a locksmith must be called.  If windows or doors are damaged by Tenant attempts to “break in” repair costs will be charged to the Tenant’s portal. 

Should there be a major emergency involving fire or flood, call 911 first.
