Kaycasa Properties, LLC is a full service Property Management company, dedicated to ensuring expert, local and personalized service for Property Owners and Residents. Qualifying Broker, Aelene Kay, trained under and worked with the owners of Campbell Real Estate prior to opening her own Brokerage in 2012.  Kaycasa Properties manages properties that range from multi family complexes to single family homes as well as small offices.

Aelene has extensive experience working with older and historic homes and buildings, but manages homes and apartment buildings of all ages.  She also had 20 years of experience as the owner of a full service property maintenance company. This maintenance experience allows Aelene the ability to understand maintenance and repair concerns and needs on all of the properties managed by Kaycasa Properties.  At Kaycasa Properties, LLC we feel it is important to have a “hands on” approach to the management and maintenance of all of the Properties we represent.  We strive to ensure all homes, apartments and offices are kept up to the standards expected by the property owners and residents.

The team at Kaycasa Properties, LLC is from Las Cruces and understands the unique needs and qualities of our community.  We use local companies for any necessary repairs or services and pride ourselves in helping our Las Cruces and Dona Ana County communities and all their residents thrive.
